Shipping & Delivery

For US addresses, our shipping time usually takes 6-10 working days. We do NOT accept Alaska, Hawaii and other remote areas, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and other overseas addresses and APO / FPO military base addresses.

For the UK, Australia and European countries, most of them take 3-7 working days. Most of the other countries in the world will also be delivered within 20 days.📦✈️

We need 1-2 working days to prepare the goods before they are shipped.

In the case of force majeure (epidemic, natural disaster), regional logistics (or global logistics) is slow. Please wait patiently. We will try our best to supervise the logistics company to deliver the goods.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at  support@genshin-impact.site if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost / Stolen Packages
TinyTinker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
